Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of Kirk and Spock from Star Trek TOS! Enjoy my fan fiction, comics, music videos and artwork that celebrate their special relationship.
...coming to life with the wonderful Playmates Star Trek 9" & 12" Action Figures!
There's a focus on K/S, but I intend to work with figures from other Star Trek series like TNG and Voyager as well in the future. Stay tuned for new content!
You will find stories about our two heroes getting together or facing difficult circumstances while they're already in a relationship.
Some stories are related to TOS episodes, others depict completely new events, and some may even introduce a new character that acts like a catalyst for our two lovebirds!
Explore the humorous and action-packed comics that showcase the lives of Kirk and Spock mostly in an entertaining way.
Enjoy emotional music & videos that capture Kirk and Spock's intimate relationship with moving melodies!
Videos created with Playmates Star Trek 9" & 12" Action Figures, or with screencaps from TOS episodes.
Check out the detailed Playmates Star Trek 9" and 12" action figures and discover some rare collectibles.
You're in for quite a surprise when faced with the extent of their emotional range that comes across in a multitude of short stories, pictures and even music videos!
There are several versions of the Playmates 9" action figure of Spock that come with a Vulcan harp.
Unfortunately it's made of blue plastic without any textures.
I found this tool to be quite useful when dealing with small objects.
I used mixed acrylic colors to give the little instrument a more realistic look.
The final result looks rather convincing in my opinion. Definitely worth the effort!

Della Van Hise's Star Trek novel 'Killing time' was first published in 1985 and was soon afterwards retrieved from the market due to probably too obviously homoerotic content.
It got replaced by a watered down version of the book.
If you're not certain whether your copy is an uncensored version of the novel, here are a few clear signs to make sure:
Your book was printed in 1985, not afterwards.
The letters on the book cover are embossed.
On page 41 (German edition: page 54) there should be the following text:
'I understand that you were probably playing with dolls and wearing lipstick until you were twenty!'
I was so thrilled to find out that my old German copy of this beautiful novel is an uncensored version, although it was printed in 1990!
I'm not a fan of German translations, but this time they got it right! Or... they didn't get it AT ALL?
Have you ever wondered what AI-generated art might look like? What is ChatGPT and DALL-E and... what does it do??
I like to explore new technologies and therefore started to work with the above named programs. It's mandatory in my opinion to learn more about the possibilities, without ignoring the enormous risks involved (e.g. Deep Fakes etc.).
I'd like to quote our dear captain, that the potential for knowledge is equally great.

I discovered an interesting website if you like to fool around a bit with your images...
You can easily create amazing photo montages by inserting your pictures into the image templates, and there's a huge variety of them to choose from!

The very Best of
Leonard Nimoy & William Shatner
Looking through my old Star Trek stuff I found this compilation of songs by William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy.
Both actors have published several albums, and this one among others can be found on Spotify.
They chose black and white pictures for the album cover but made it kind of spirky by giving Nimoy's half Kirk's color and vice versa - love it!
No doubt, this novel is about a TV series...
The mentioned 'factual information about planets' consists of a single page with a list of the planets in our solar system and their distance from the sun.
Like the book cover, the illustrations in the book have little to no resemblance to the ship or its interior design.
The uniforms also are simply made up and do not remind us of our beloved crew. But as a child I didn't care!
This was my very first Star Trek Novel ever, a German edition of "Mission to Horatius" from 1970, which of course is still part of my collection.
In the 70's Star Trek was considered to be a children's program in Germany, therefore the novel was published by 'Franz Schneider Verlag' in his series of children's books ('Schneider Buch').
